I wonder (1) what would have happened if he didn’t get Help, and (2) how he ended up upside down in the first place. Maybe he did some silly acrobatics that didn’t go according to plans.

Sadly, I guess he would drown. And I think it must be fairly common for them since the turtles knew what to do to turn him over. I mean the shell must be top heavy, so if it jumps into the water it could easily flip.
